Boden's Birthday party, my friend Brooke could not be a cuter mom. She is perfection!
I decided to do a monthly update since I'm so bad at journaling, and to add to that, my blog is private. I also can't believe how fast time flies. This past week I have been doing a lot of hair, it always seems like everyone needs their hair done at the same time, so I'm crazy busy for 2 weeks out of the month. I have also been planning "New Begginings", and preparing a lesson for Sunday. Once again, I should have started planning for these things sooner so that I would'nt feel so overwelmed.
Anyways I am loving all of it, being busy is a great feeling. Willie is in his 3rd year of Dental School and is never home. Even Saturdays he goes to Clinics to work on Patients for free. Im so greatful for his sacrifice of commuting back and fourth to L.A. so that we can live in beautiful Newport Beach. Willie surfs when he can and wishes he could play with Myles more.
I have been running a lot lately (getting ready for my 1/2 Marathon in Santa Barbara in MAy. I ran my first 13 miles today-felt great! ( I love having an outlet for me time) thanks Nana and Papa for letting me drop him off at 5:45a.m. Myles is the perfect baby, I cant brag enough about him. He is so happy and never sits still. He took 3 steps yesterday, and will be running befor walking I think. His 1st Birthday is May 3rd and Im having a party at Big Corona and everone is invited. Wait till you see the invitations! I love planning, cooking and decorating for events, I think if I wasnt a hairstylist I would have wanted J-Lo's job in Wedding Planner and maybe help with the InSyle after parties.
Also I just want every one to know how much I enjoy reading your blogs. So many inspiring girls out there with different talents and interests. Thanks for keeping me motivated. Its important I think for us wives and mothers to get praised and aknowledged, and thats what we do for each other. What a wonderful blessing it is to be a mother and a wife, its so rewarding.
My sister Rissa is coming tonight for a whole week, Im so excited. I have a family member come out about every month it feels like. My inlaws travel like 2 weeks out of the month for work. Funny story- Theres this adorable boy in my ward whos 18 and I always have said oh you need to meet my sisters. Anyways I gave him Rissa's myspace and they have been talking every night! Im so nervous for them to meet.. yet so excited for the result of this exciting love story! She better not ditch me every night is the only thing. I have to have someone marry a person from California so Im not a loner out here! I made her bring me a sugar cookie from Sweet Cakes-favorite treat ever! Well thats a wrap I hope all of you signed up for the Tilman run, so I can see you there. One last thing does anyone have a car seat for a me to borrow while Im in AZ for 2 weeks. Its one less thing I have to bring. He now can face forward. You would be my best friend! Im traveling alone, and with the stroller its annoying. Hope everyone had a marvalous St Patricks Day!

Great journal entry Rach, really enjoy it, love the part about mothers and keeping us motivated. You and your friends and the kiddos and everything tie together so adorable. I bet Myles had a blast.

That was a fun update! That is so cute about your sis and that guy. You are quite the matchmaker! I'm so jelous of your 13 miles! I feel like everyone is doing marathons, 1/2's and relays except me! I can't wait to get into running again in a couple months.

Wow I can't believe you ran 13 miles! You are my inspiration! I could do aerobics til the cows come home...but don't ask me to run! I seriously have flash backs of Mrs. Driggs screaming at us every time I even step onto a track to run! haha!
