My sister Candice was in town, and put together a cousin hike. We went up to the cabin the night before, and had such a great weekend. The weather was beautiful and the hike was adventurous. We hiked Mt Humphrey that just so happens to be the highest mountain in Arizona.
My cousin Richard had on his Garmin and these were his stats. Can I pretend they were mine:)
I need to set my garmin with my bpm..someone teach me!

Big shout out to my mom for watching my darlings for 8 hours. Love you!
also Insanity for kickin my butt so I could make it up the Mountain.
as for the rad tree house, my Uncle Paul built it, and the kids lived in it all day.
Im so thankful for such amazing extended family.

what are the odds, i just put in my insanity dvd! Im waiting for Kurt to stop crying and fall asleep and then Clark is going to cheer me on in the family room. How long have you been doing it? Today is officially day 1! I wanna have your legs. So bummed i missed out on the cabin weekend.
oh Mel I wish we were doing it together! I love my ghetto Shaun T! I couldnt do it my myself, I do it with a couple girls from the ward. I love it, super killer.
I love to do something different every couple months, I need to mix it up or else I get bored. Im determined to get my " I earned it shirt"
